Third Level Great Room Hatteras Island's Greatest Great Room boasts the finest ocean to sound views found on the island. The living area comfortably sits 10 with unparalleled ocean views, fireplace and 50” HDTV with surround sound. The soundside sitting area (seats 12) is ideal for intimate conversation or games with stunning floor to ceiling glass windows providing unbelievable views of the sound and summer sunsets. Second Level Media Room The richly appointed second level media area features 5 Barcalonger leather reclining theater chairs (with additional seating for 5). View the 60” HDTV with 7.1 surround sound or gaze upon the ever-changing Atlantic through the 18 foot wide - 8 foot high window wall. A well equipped wet bar compliments this fabulous gathering area. First Level Conference Center The Conference Center on the first level has a comfortable work-space with ocean-view desk. This room also has a sofa with HDTV flat screen with surround sound. Of course WI-FI is available throughout the home and decks. This is a great area for planning your business or daily activity at the beach or just relaxing. Ground Level Sports Bar and Theater The ground level hosts a sports bar with 3 televisions including 42” plasma, full kitchen (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker), bar for 4, pub table for 8, 8 foot pool table and foosball. Need some fresh air? Step out to our signature Tiki bar with sauna, fireplace, grill and television. A separate theater room equipped with 13 individual sumptuous theater seats will allow you to escape into your favorite fantasy world on the 110” screen with HDTV and pumping surround sound. Watch your favorite DVD or choose from 34 digital movie channels. Kitchen Pleasures The third level kitchen is designed for food preparation for large groups. Many cooks will not trip over one another in this huge area complete with two ceramic top stoves and over the range microwaves, two refrigerators (and a walk in pantry) to store your supplies, a commercial icemaker and Monogram wine cooler.
